Weapons for Torment: Tides of Numenera are located on this page. They come in Ranged and Melee versions and can be Light, Medium or Heavy. Light Weapons confer a +15% to hit modifier and are recommended for characters or players that do not have access to Combat Skills (Nanos and Jacks). Light and Medium Weapons both use Speed to increase damage via Effort, while Heavy Weapons use Might. Heavy Weapons are considered 2-handed so you will not be able to use an Offhand while wielding one. Any character who isn't using a Heavy Weapon should be equipped with an Offhand, even if their Weapon is Ranged.
