Gravitational Overseer is a Ranged Weapon in Torment: Tides of Numenera. 

Gravitational Overseer Information

This blue metal device is made up of a complex array of discs facing outward, with a long tapering end to point at your target. Controls have cobbled onto the alien device. When aimed at the target, an amount of the victim's bodily fluid blood compresses - while still in their body - before being drawn at high velocity into the device.

The machine heats up momentarily. The fluid captured by the Overseer does not appear to be manifest anywhere, and it is not clear where it goes.

• Given by Silver if you give him the Philiactery after examining 50 Graves inside the Necropolis if you choose Ranged Weapon that draws blood.
