Dance of Sharp Angles Information
The multi-stage forging of this ring is a metallurgical mystery of yore. The structural integrity of this piecemeal ring seems to be severely compromised with its layers of imprecisely interlocking plates of different metals, a few of which have accumulated a patina over the eons. Yet the band somehow retains its circular shape, while the notched rim layers may be twisted so that three layers impossibly swivel into merely two. There are no signs of friction or sound when you make any adjustment to these jagged layers, regardless of direction and degree. However if the rings interlock multi-laterally, it pulls the wearer out of phase with reality, simultaneously pulling an ally from a different dimension to help absorb of an enemy's attacks.
