Feather Cloak is an Armor in Torment: Tides of Numenera.
Feather Cloak Information
This cloak is made of solid gold feather's held together by an unknown force. Whatever causes them to adgere to one another also keeps the weight from your shoulders, as it is surprisingly light to wear. When struck, the feather stiffens, offering protection to the wearer.
When the wind blows through the cloak in a certaion way, the feathers rustle together, the soft tingling reminiscent of a child's singing.
