Unstable Detonation is an Item in Torment: Tides of Numenera. 

Unstable Detonation Description

• A simple and effective explosive. Devices like these have been the bane of may who've had the misfortune of encountering them. Cobbled together from junk and numenera, this detonation can have wild and unexpected effects when hurled at the enemy.   Rumors have it that most of the unlucky victims of these devices were the people trying to use them, for their instability makes them just as dangerous for their owners as to their enemies.

Where to Find / Location

• Located in the machine inside the Broken Dome
• Must pass an anemisis check after asking to reshow the tower.

Notes

• A hand grenade cypher with splash damage to both enemies and allies alike.
