Rumblings of Discontent is a quest in Torment: Tides of Numenera.

Start

• Brusca, one of the Memovira's guard is worrying about two missing patrols. She can be found at Memovira's Courtyard.

Walkthrough

• One of the missing patrol can be found at Little Nihliesh. However, you need to fight the mutants to get them out of trouble, or settle the crisis in peaceful ways. (persuade or bribe)
• Another missing patrol can be found in Old Slave Block. (one soldier in the patrol is the father to children you met in Cliff's Edge). If you want to set them free, ask them to hide in next cell, then tell murden guards their prisoners are gone. When guards are distracted tell the prisoners to run. Or simply attempt to attack the Murden when first encountering them and they will flee.
