Gravity Bomb Information

This strange, crudely crafted metal plate is lighter than is looks. A hole in its center glows with a soft, yellow radiance, Two handles nearby allow the user to carry the device. When treated violently (such as being struck or thrown) the cypher's light hardens, and gravity settles harder on everything in the vicinity.
