- This quest starts after interacting with the cyst near Sunderman the Younger and Sunderman the Elder in The Vast Interior several times.
Walkthrough
- After obtaining the hilt, head into Catena which is located in Little Nihliesh and interact with the power source. Obtain the Transdimensional Power Source and then use the Hilt in your inventory.

- 25 XP and Transdimensional Scalpel
