A Call to War is a side quest in Torment: Tides of Numenera involving recruiting warriors for the Endless Battle.
Start
This quest is acquired by speaking to Clarion,a woman in The Fifth Eye. She wishes to recruit phychics veterans for the Endless Battle, on the Changing God's side, but they have been deaf to her requests. If Matkina is in the party, she urges the Last Castoff to help this woman.
Walkthrough
After finish the Eye of the Adversary, Dhama, Theboros and Leto will agree to join the fight if successfully persuaded, but Ziobe and Feriok refuse.
